๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ‚ Crock Pot Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham ๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿงก

Ingredients
1 (7-8 lb) fully cooked spiral-cut ham
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
ยฝ cup honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
ยฝ tsp ground cloves
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Ham:

Place the spiral-cut ham in the crock pot, flat side down. Gently pull apart the slices to allow the flavors to penetrate.
Add the Toppings:

Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the ham.
Pour the can of pineapple chunks (with the juice) over the ham.
Drizzle the honey on top and then sprinkle with ground cinnamon and ground cloves.
Cook the Ham:

Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, or until the ham is warmed through and infused with the sweet pineapple and brown sugar flavors.
Baste Occasionally:

Every hour or so, spoon some of the juices from the crock pot over the ham to keep it moist and flavorful.
Serve:

Carefully transfer the ham to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional pineapple chunks if desired. Spoon some of the juices over the ham just before serving.
