Pillsbury Crescent Roll Taco Bake Recipe

Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 pound lean ground beef (at least 80%)
3/4 cup Old El Paso® Thick ‘n Chunky salsa
2 tablespoons Old El Paso taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce, as desired
Diced tomato, as desired
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and press them into a greased 10-inch pie plate, sealing the perforations to create an even crust that covers the bottom and sides.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the salsa and taco seasoning mix, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
Spoon the beef mixture into the crescent roll crust in the pie plate, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato if desired before serving.
Servings: 4-6
