Christmas Sugar Cookie Cheesecake 🎄🍪

Ingredients:
– 1 ½ cups sugar cookie dough
– 2 cups cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup whipped cream
– Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
2. Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Pour cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
7. Let cool, then top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
