Ingredients:
– 2 cups white chocolate chips
– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Graham cracker crumbs for topping

Directions:
1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
4. Gradually pour the melted white chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture, stirring until smooth and creamy.
5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the fudge, gently pressing them into the surface.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
8. Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
