Festive Sugar Cookie Cups🎄🎅

INGREDIENTS
1 package (16 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Ready to Bake Sugar Cookie Dough

FROSTING
½ cup butter, softened to room temperature
4 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spray a mini muffin tin with non stick baking spray. Set it aside.
3. Cut cookie dough into 24 equal pieces and place cookie dough ball in each muffin cup
4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
5. Remove from oven, and immediately press 1/2 tbsp measuring spoon into center of each cookie cup to make 1-inch-wide indentation
6. Cool completely in pan, about 30 minutes.

FROSTING
1. Add the butter to mixing bowl. Beat over high speed until creamy.
2. Spoon in the powdered sugar and mix on low speed. Slowly add in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
3. Mix over medium speed until mixture is smooth and forming peaks.
4. Add to piping bag and pipe onto cooled cookie cups, or spoon into cookie cups.
5. Top with sprinkles! Serve and enjoy.
