Bacon & Cream Cheese Stuffed Doritos

Ingredients:

1 bag of Doritos (your favorite flavor, such as Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch) 🍪
8 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 6-8 slices) 🥓
1/4 cup sour cream 🧴
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
1/4 teaspoon onion powder 🧅
Salt and black pepper, to taste 🧂
Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional, for garnish) 🌿
Instructions:

Prepare the Bacon:
Cook the bacon until crispy (either in a skillet or the oven) and crumble it into small pieces. Set aside to cool.
Make the Cream Cheese Filling:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and the crumbled bacon.
Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Stuff the Doritos:
Carefully use a small spoon or piping bag to stuff the cream cheese mixture into the open side of each Dorito chip. Don’t overstuff, as the chips can break easily.
Arrange the stuffed Doritos on a serving plate or tray.
Chill (Optional):
If you prefer a firmer filling, refrigerate the stuffed Doritos for about 10-15 minutes before serving to let the cream cheese mixture set a bit.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley or chives, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy these creamy, bacon-packed Dorito bites!
