Banana Fudge

Here’s a simple recipe for a delicious banana fudge:

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a large saucepan, combine mashed bananas, sugar, butter, and condensed milk.
Cook: Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
Add Flavors: Stir in vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and nuts (if using).
Pour and Set: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
