Ingredients

Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
Heat the Oil: In a skillet, add a small amount of oil and heat over medium heat.
Cook the Vegetables: Add the chopped onion and grated carrot to the skillet. Sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 3-5 minutes.
Add Mushrooms: Stir in the chopped mushrooms, cooking until they are soft and the excess moisture has evaporated.
Season: Add salt, black pepper, and optional spices like paprika or thyme for extra flavor.
Finish the Filling: Stir in 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to create a creamy texture. Set the filling aside and let it cool slightly.
Step 2: Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture
Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the minced meat, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined, but avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
Shape the Meatloaf: On a piece of parchment paper, shape the meat mixture into a flat rectangle (about 1-1.5 cm thick). This will make it easier to add the filling and roll the meatloaf.
