Ingredients:

– 8 chicken drumsticks
– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 cup buttermilk (or regular milk with a splash of lemon juice)
– Oil for frying

For the Mashed Potatoes:
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
– 1/4 cup butter
– 1/2 cup milk or cream (adjust for desired creaminess)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Prepare the Chicken Legs:
– In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
– Dip each chicken drumstick into the buttermilk, then coat in the seasoned flour mixture. Press lightly to ensure an even coating.
