Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped dill pickles
2 tablespoons pickle juice
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Coating:

½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
Directions:

Mix the Cheese Ball: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, chopped dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Cheese Ball: Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

Coat the Cheese Ball: In a small bowl, combine the chopped pecans and fresh dill. Roll the cheese ball in the mixture until evenly coated.

Serve: Place the cheese ball on a serving platter with crackers, pretzels, or vegetable sticks.
