For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cook the Steak Bites: Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil until hot. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side, or until browned. Remove steak bites and set aside.
Add Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, add the 3 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute, then return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Parmesan Cream Sauce: In a separate saucepan, melt the 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve: Plate the steak bites and drizzle with the Parmesan cream sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
