Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets!

🥔 Ingredients:
2 lbs lean sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch chunks
1 lb baby yellow potatoes, quartered
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

🥩 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) if baking.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix steak, potatoes, garlic, seasonings, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
3️⃣ Divide the mixture among four 12×12 inch aluminum foil sheets.
4️⃣ Seal the packets securely to trap the flavors inside.
