Recipe

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 ripe banana
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Directions:

Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, banana, cocoa powder, almond milk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Adjust Sweetness: Taste the pudding and add more maple syrup or honey if desired for additional sweetness. Blend again if needed.

Chill: Transfer the pudding to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to thicken and chill.

Serve: Scoop into serving bowls and garnish with fresh berries, shredded coconut, or a sprinkle of chopped nuts if desired.
