Homemade Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea

This creamy vanilla cinnamon milk tea combines warm spices with a hint of vanilla for a comforting and aromatic drink. Perfect for cozy mornings or unwinding in the evening, it’s easy to make and incredibly soothing.

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1 black tea bag (or 1 teaspoon loose leaf black tea)
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1-2 teaspoons honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
Cinnamon stick or additional ground cinnamon, for garnish
Directions:

In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
Remove the tea bag and add the milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the saucepan. Stir to combine.
Heat the mixture over low-medium heat until warm, but do not bring it to a boil. Sweeten with honey or your preferred sweetener, if desired.
Pour the milk tea into a mug, and garnish with a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
