4-6 chicken thighs, skin-on, bone-in
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Season and Sear the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs, skin-side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Honey Garlic Glaze: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Glaze the Chicken: Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning the sauce over each piece. Continue cooking for 10-15 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and glazed.
Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
