Ingredients:
32 ounces refrigerated canned biscuits, cut into quarters
6 ounces pepperoni, sliced in half
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
Red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan or a similar oven-safe dish.
Prepare the Biscuit Dough:
In a large bowl, combine the cut biscuits, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.
Make the Coating:
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes (if using). Pour this mixture over the biscuit mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
Assemble in the Pan:
Layer the biscuit mixture into the prepared bundt pan, pressing down gently as you go to pack it in evenly.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.
Cool and Serve:
Once baked, allow the Pizza Monkey Bread to cool for about 10 minutes. Carefully invert it onto a serving plate.
Garnish and Dip:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
