These Little Debbie Christmas Cake Balls are a fun and festive treat made from crumbled Christmas Tree Cakes coated in white chocolate. Perfect for holiday parties or as a quick no-bake dessert!
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or white candy melts
Red and green holiday sprinkles for decorating
Directions:
Prepare the Cake Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes with your hands or a fork. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until well combined into a smooth, dough-like consistency.
Form the Balls: Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
Coat the Cake Balls: Dip each cake ball into the melted white chocolate, tapping off any excess, and place back on the parchment paper. Immediately sprinkle with red and green holiday sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the coated cake balls for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
