One-Pan Garlic Herb Chicken with Potatoes & Green Beans
# Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
For the Potatoes:
– 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
For the Green Beans:
– 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
#### Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
– Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare Chicken:
– In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
– Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the mixture.
3. Prepare Potatoes:
– In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Arrange in Pan:
– In a large baking dish or sheet pan, arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in the center.
– Place the seasoned potatoes around the chicken.
5. Bake:
– Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
6. Add Green Beans:
– After 20 minutes, take the pan out and add the green beans tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper around the chicken and potatoes.
7. Continue Baking:
– Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C) and the potatoes are tender.
8. Serve:
– Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
