Oreo Balls for Christmas

Ingredients:

1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies, finely crushed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz white chocolate, melted
12 oz milk or dark chocolate, melted
Red and green sprinkles or colored icing for decoration
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a small ball. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate the Oreo balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
Dip each Oreo ball in either melted white or milk/dark chocolate. Use a fork to lift each ball, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing it back on the sheet.
Before the chocolate hardens, decorate with red and green sprinkles or drizzle with colored icing for a festive look.
Allow the coated Oreo balls to set at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
