Pepperoni Pizza Stuffed Shells

My kids went crazy for these Pepperoni Pizza Stuffed Shells when I made them for dinner; they couldn’t get enough of that cheesy goodness!

Ingredients:

12 jumbo pasta shells
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning, to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
