Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Prepare Strawberries:

In a small bowl, toss the chopped strawberries with 1 tablespoon of flour. This helps prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the bread.
Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Sugar:

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs and Wet Ingredients:

Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the yogurt (or sour cream) and vanilla extract.
Combine Mixtures:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in Strawberries:

Gently fold in the floured strawberries and nuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
Bake:

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
Cool:

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
