Ingredients :
2 ground beef patties (1/4 lb each)
4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
4 slices of crispy bacon
1 pain burger brioche grillé
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Instructions :
Preparing pancakes:
Form two 1/4 lb ground beef patties each. Season them with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cooking bacon:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Once baked, place them on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
Baking pancakes:
In the same pan (with a little bacon grease for more flavor), add the beef patties. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for a slow cooker. During the last minute of baking, add two slices of cheese on each pattie to melt.
Toasting bread:
While the meat is cooking, bake the brioche burger buns in another pan or on a toaster until golden brown.
Assemblage :
Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread, then place a beef patty with melted cheese. Add 2 slices of crispy bacon on top Repeat with cake number two
Add a spoonful of ketchup and Dijon mustard to your liking, then coat with the top half of the bread.
