Christmas Mistletoe Margarita (Large Batch)

Ingredients:
* 2 ½ cups orange juice
* 2 ½ cups cranberry juice
* 2 cups 7-Up (or lemon-lime soda)
* 2 cups silver tequila
* 1 cup maraschino cherries (with juice)
* ¼ cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
* Ice cubes
* Fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
