Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken
4 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
Sriracha, for serving (optional)
Instructions:

In a large skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet, cooking until fragrant.
Stir in the coleslaw mix and soy sauce, cooking for 4-5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
Drizzle sesame oil over the mixture and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with a drizzle of Sriracha for heat if desired.
